Printmaking

Printmaking is an artistic process based on the principle of transferring images from a matrix onto another surface, most often paper or fabric. I pulled each print by hand using a press and it has embossing in the luxurious cotton paper.

Some of the prints are monotypes and one of a kind. A part of the monotypes are created using pressed and inked botanical specimens pulled through the press, imprinting intricate veins and tendrils in the paper.
